"Great location and large condo. However, this unit had VERY minimal kitchen items (the furnishers obviously do not cook!). And the heat system made it quite difficult to keep the downstairs kids bedrooms warm (that would be over 60). Fortunately there were lots of blankets and they didn't mind snuggling. We might stay again, but probably not high on our list. "

POLICIES
Greystone Condominiums Unit 1345 (Greystone on Payette Lake) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-4 depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Details provided prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
