This 4.5-bedroom, 3-bath penthouse condo sleeps 9 and has 2,800 sq. ft. of living space. This two-level unit has a third-floor entry accessed via an elevator from the underground parking garage. There is spacious kitchen and dining room that seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The living area has a gas fireplace and a large deck area with great views of the surrounding mountains. The living room has a 39-inch flat screen TV and DVD player and Wi-Fi. There is a loft with a double futon and a game table.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a 28-inch flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace and a private door leading to the deck. The en-suite master bathroom features stone tiled counter tops and floor, a jetted tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a sauna. The second bedroom is located just down the hall and has another king bed. Next to this bedroom is a hallway bath with stone tiled walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds. There is one more hall bath located between the third and fourth bedrooms with another tiled shower. A laundry room with full size washer/dryer is located on the main level just to the right of the entryway and includes a place to store skis.
The condo does not have A/C. There is 1 designated parking space for this unit.

The Summit Condominiums are located just south of the Elkhorn Plaza very close to the tennis courts and pool. Ketchum and the River Run lifts are about 2½ miles away, but easily reachable on the free, area-wide KART bus system.
