About "Unit 602"
This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo located just a short distance north of Ketchum will sleep up to 6 guests and is near the Big Wood Golf Course. The living area has two sitting areas. One you can relax around the gas fireplace and the other is the entertainment area with 55-inch flatscreen TV and Blu-Ray player. There is access to a large deck with outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and a small yard. The complex pool is right next door. There is a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and 3 bar stools at the countertop. The dining area seats 6.
Off the living area is one of the two master suites with a king bed, 45-inch flatscreen TV, and access to the deck area. The bathroom has dual sink vanity and sunken tub/shower combo. The second master suite has a king bed, 36-inch flatscreen TV. This room has an office space as well. The bathroom has dual sink vanity with a sunken tub and a separate walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to a full-size bathroom with single sink vanity and shower only.
Complex features access to a complex summer pool, year-round hot tub, and ample parking. Unit is located in Building 6.
About Larkspur Condos
The Larkspur condo complex is on the end of a loop road, making this a quiet location near downtown Ketchum and the Bigwood Golf Course. Has a summer use swimming pool and year round Jacuzzi.

understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Larkspur Condos Unit 602 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3 to 5 depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
