This newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bath condominium is located in the Wildflower complex. This complex is in heart of Sun Valley with easy access to Sun Valley amenities such as the Sun Valley Inn Pool, The Seasonal Olympic Pool and Jacuzzi.
This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the complex with views and decks. Each room has a balcony to enjoy the views.
When you enter the condo you will see two of the three bedrooms. The first guest bedroom on your left has 2 twin beds. The room has a wonderful built-in desk area and an ensuite bath. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath; all of the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.
As you start down the hallway you will see the master bedroom, it is very spacious with a king bed, ensuite bath, and large flat-screen TV. At the end of the hallway will be the living area, dining space, and kitchen. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances, concrete countertops with lots of storage space, and seating at the counter. The open living and dining area features a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace with a gas starter; the furniture is warm and comfortable with a leather couch and charming seating in front of the fireplace. Everything is so well-appointed; there is a 46 inch TV perfect for watching movies.
About Wildflower Condominiums
In the small town of Sun Valley you'll find the historic lodge, built to showcase Sun Valley's 1936 opening. Just off the Lodge Terrace is the world renowned ice rink. Around the corner is the mall with its many shops and restaurants.
The Wildflower condominiums are perhaps the most sought-after lodging in the Sun Valley area. These one, two, three and four bedroom units, all with fireplaces are located in the heart of Sun Valley, affording beautiful views of either Bald Mountain or the Sun Valley Golf Course. Condos have access to the Sun Valley Amenities.

POLICIES
Wildflower Condominiums Unit 532 (Wildflower Luxury) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
