This amazing 2,800 sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath townhouse sleeps 11 people comfortably. It's the only 4 bedroom townhouse on the mountain where you can ski up to your back door and still be right next to the Schweitzer Village.
Each bedroom has it's own private bath with an additional 1/2 bath for the living area. Three bedrooms are on the 2nd level. The 1st bedroom with its lake view has a king bed, TV, DVD. The 2nd bedroom has queen log bed, 3rd bedroom has a lake view, a queen and single bed, TV, DVD. The master with its wonderful view of the slopes is on the upper level. It has a king sized log bed, queen fouton, TV, DVD, and walk-in-closet. A large elegant master bath has double sinks, jetted tub and oversized tile shower.
The gourmet kitchen has a slope view and you can look out the window to see if the lift is running. The living area, with its beautiful lake view has a vaulted ceiling with a stone gas fireplace, an entertainment center with surround sound, internet, and a deck with a propane grill. The back foyer has ample room for skis and gear. Go out the back door and you're on the ski trail and only 300 m from the Basin Express Lift. The heated deck has a large covered hot tub with a slope view.
The ground level has a 2-car garage with additional parking outside. Walk out the front door and it's an easy 3 minute walk to the village on level ground.
About Pinnacle Ridge Condos
Premier condominium accommodations with direct ski access out the back door to a trail leading to village lifts. These units are multilevel style townhouses with two units per townhouse. They are located right next to the Selkirk Lodge parking lot for easy access to all resort facilities.
