This 2-level condo is ideally situated within blocks of Payette Lake, the McCall Golf Club, and the shops, restaurants, and breweries of downtown. You'll also have access to on-site amenities that include a swimming pool, a hot tub, and tennis courts.
You'll be greeted by a fully appointed kitchen to your left, offering a 2-person breakfast bar and every essential appliance, and a light-filled living room straight ahead. Sliding glass doors beckon you outside to the garden-level deck, while the living room provides a sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a circular dining table inside.
Both bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom outside the bedroom. The loft area has a twin/twin trundle bed (where the futon is pictured - no futon). There is a half bathroom located on the main floor.
Parking Notes: You can park one small car in the garage and one in front of the garage.
About Aspen Village
Aspen Village condos back up to the McCall Golf Course and each unit is individually owned with its own character and decor. They are walking distance to Davis Beach, Payette Lake, Ponderosa State Park and downtown McCall.
Aspen Village has an on site sports club for lodging guests to use. The club features an indoor pool, racquetball courts, basketball court, hot tub, sauna and fitness center.
Aspen Village is the largest condominium complex in McCall which makes it perfect for groups and family reunions. Please note that the Aspen Village complex no longer allows RV's and trailers, particularly snowmobile trailers, within Aspen Village, per the covenants of the condominium association.
Hours for the Aspen Village Clubhouse are Mon-Fri (6am-9pm), Sat (9am-9pm) and Sun (9am-5pm). Closed on Christmas Day, Easter Sunday and limited hours on New Years Eve & New Years Day. Hours subject to change and may vary over holidays.

"This unit had a very small kitchen and no dryer. The electric heater in the bedroom was so loud it woke me up everytime it turned on. It was very clean and had good workout facilities and a swimming pool. I would not rent this one again."

"The place was very adequate for our needs. The bathrooms and kitchen are small. There are four windows at the front of the unit that do not have blinds. Neighbors can see in at night. There is only one t.v. and it is small. The pool is nice."

POLICIES
Aspen Village Unit 109-S Happy Hideaway Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-4 depending on the season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Details provided prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
