About "Unit 204"
Located on Warm Springs Creek and just a five-minute walk from the world-class Sun Valley ski area lifts, this cozy condo is a great place to be for easy access to all kinds of hiking, biking, and skiing adventures. Just steps away from the ski lifts, you will never be too far away from all Sun Valley has to offer!
The condo has two bedrooms, each with a king bed, and two-and-a-half baths that can accommodate up to four guests. A full kitchen opens up to a dining room that looks out onto beautiful mountain vistas. Vibrant bedrooms and bathrooms make for a quaint space, and vaulted ceilings open up the bedrooms for grand effect. A fireplace in the living area surrounded by comfortable furniture creates a warm place for the family to gather. With incredible mountain views and sitting right atop Warm Spring Creek, this condo is truly at the heart of the beauty of Sun Valley.
Things to Note: There is no washer/dryer in this unit, but there are laundry facilities on-site.
Parking Notes: The Prospectors only allow parking for one vehicle. No extra parking spaces are permitted.
About Prospector
Prospector Condominiums provide a great location for both winter and summer activities. Located on Warm Springs Creek just off Skiway Drive, the Prospector complex is within walking distance to Warm Springs lifts and restaurants. The Prospectors offer three on-site hot tubs, and in the summer there is an outdoor swimming pool and private tennis courts. There is a free shuttle that picks up about a block away from the condo which will transport you to the ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and to the Sun Valley Resort.
Bordered by the Warm Springs Creek and nestled in the trees, the Prospector offers one, two, three and four-bedroom units just 1 block from the lifts. In the winter, Warm Springs is the hub of skiing, with all lodging within walking distance of the ski lifts.
Cluster-built, there are 6 condos to a building. Common areas are on the entry level with bedrooms upstairs. Three bedroom units have all en-suite baths, have double high ceilings in the living room and are on the ends of the buildings with the best views.
The free KART bus (Ketchum Area Rapid Transit) stops at the entrance to the Prospector complex, providing free local transportation to downtown Ketchum, the Sun Valley Resort, and the River Run Lodge & Lifts.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Prospector.

"Great proximity to Warm Springs Lodge. Would score higher except when we arrived only 1 of 3 hot tubs were working and warm water in kitchen sink quit working part way thru the week. "

POLICIES
Prospector Unit 204 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on time of year and occupancy.
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
