Newly remodeled with high-end furnishings and modern mountain decor, this family-friendly condo sits in a private cul-de-sac in the Sunburst condo community, steps from the shuttle to Dollar Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Guests also enjoy walking access to the Elkhorn Golf Course and community amenities, including a shared hot tub and seasonal swimming pool.
The three-level condo welcomes guests to an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings and double sliding glass doors leading to a spacious, partially covered deck with west-facing views of the golf course. The living area offers ample space for groups with a full-length leather sofa, modern chaise lounge, and reclining armchair. Gather for a movie on the large-screen Smart TV, or get cozy by the gas fireplace. Modern chandeliers and rustic accents create the ambiance of a chic lodge. Steps away, an eight-seat dining table invites sit-down dinners prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Take advantage of the electric oven or fire up the gas grill outside.
Between two private bedrooms and a roomy loft, this unit comfortably sleeps up to six. Both of the bedrooms are located on the bottom level. This spacious, master suite opens onto a private deck through sliding glass doors. Guests have a large-screen Smart TV, a modern box-style fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is styled in minimalist decor, has a built-in vanity, a large Smart TV, and a picture window with views of woodland grounds. Guests have a full bathroom in the hall with a combination shower/bathtub. The loft, above the living area, features two custom-built queen beds with storage and built-in reading lamps. Guests share the full bathroom on the ground level.
A stackable washer and dryer on the main level adds convenience to your stay.
Parking Notes: Guests receive one complimentary pass for the community parking lot and may purchase a pass for one additional car. However, many guests will find it easy to explore Sun Valley and Ketchum using the free city bus.
About Sunburst
The Sunburst Complex is conveniently located not far from the Elkhorn Village and bike path and is on the Elkhorn Golf Course. The complex also has a pool of its own, along with a jacuzzi and sauna. KART buses provide free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Sunburst.

POLICIES
Sunburst Unit 2787 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depends on season.
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
