About "Unit 140-F (Warm Springs Fields Retreat)"
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath, second level end unit has approximately 1,425 sq. ft. of living space and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level is the living area, kitchen, dining, laundry room and 2 bedrooms with hallway bath.
As you enter the condo there is a nice deck which faces south with views of the mountains. The open living area has a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and surround sound. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas stove and a large island area with 3 bar stools. The dining table will seat up to 6 people. There is a full-size washer/dryer in the laundry room just off the kitchen.
The master bedroom is located on the upper level and is spacious and has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. The views from the master bedroom are to both the North and South. The master bathroom has dual vanities and a large walk-in shower.
The second and third bedrooms are located on the main level. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV and views to the North. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a flat-screen TV and views to the North. There is a full-size shower/tub combo bathroom in the hallway, which both of these two bedrooms have access to.
Please note: Guests must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
About Fields
The Fields is a newly constructed complex conveniently located on the bus line on Warm Springs Road between Ketchum and Warm Springs. This unit is close to downtown Ketchum and the Warm Springs Lifts. The complex features an on site hot tub and work out room.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Fields.
