About "Unit 2836"
This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 2-story condo is very spacious and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level, you'll find the sunken living area with a gas fireplace and a 65-inch flat-screen TV. Off the living room are a seasonal courtyard patio with an outdoor table and six chairs, an umbrella, a gas fire pit with chairs to relax around, and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. The fully equipped kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six. Also on this level is a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a half bath.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. The master is large and spacious with a king bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. The en-suite bathroom has a two-sink vanity, a sunken jetted tub, a separate shower, and a sauna. The second bedroom has a king bed, a 55-inch flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two double beds and a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower only.
Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, and steam room are open from the end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis and golf are open from May through October, weather permitting.
Complex Features: Summit Condominiums are located beside the Elkhorn Plaza and within walking distance of the free shuttle. Elkhorn Resort amenities include swimming pools (summer only), hot tubs, saunas, and tennis at both the Elkhorn Village and the Harker Center. Guests also have access to the semi-private Elkhorn Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones.
About Summit
The Summit Condominiums are located just south of the Elkhorn Plaza very close to the tennis courts and pool. Ketchum and the River Run lifts are about 2½ miles away, but easily reachable on the free, area-wide KART bus system.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Summit.

especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Summit Unit 2836 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
