Warm and inviting, this Sun Valley vacation rental is located on the side-slopes of Dollar Mountain, between Sun Valley, Elkhorn, and resort attractions. You'll have awesome views of the golf course and surrounding mountains, so rally your ski club for a getaway or bring the whole family for a much-needed vacation.
Sunburst Sugaree Condo is located on the quiet end of a family-friendly complex, just a half-mile from beginner slopes and the half-pipe/terrain park ski area and one-and-a-half miles to the main ski area at Dollar Mountain. Your private balcony overlooks the Elkhorn Golf Course, which offers discount tee times for guests, and resort attractions include an Olympic association pool, hot tub, and tennis courts!
This bright space is definitely befitting of its name. The cheery, three-story space blends warm red and orange accents with ski lodge decor creating a space that is homey yet modern. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, social areas are on the main floor, and a loft is featured on the third floor.
Cat nap in front of the gas fireplace on one of two sofas, or unwind after a long day exploring with media entertainment. A flat screen cable TV and DVD player will keep little ones entertained until dinner, and a CD player and stereo will inspire adults long after children have been put to bed.
Never miss a family meal thanks to a large dining table for six with additional breakfast bar seating. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops for easy meal prep. When the weather is fine, dine outdoors! Your private patio overlooks a bright green golf course in summer and snowy wonderland in winter. A gas grill and bistro seating are ideal for barbecues.
This inviting Idaho vacation rental sleeps seven guests (four adults). One bedroom has a king bed, while the other has three twins. Up in the loft, there are two more twin beds. Additional amenities include two full baths, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and WIFI to make guests feel right at home.
Community amenities are provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. No pools from Labor Day until Memorial Day. Hot tubs are closed seasonally for maintenance, they will be closed after Labor Day until after Thanksgiving, then in the Spring when the mountain closes for skiing in April through Memorial Day. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.
About Sunburst
The Sunburst Complex is conveniently located not far from the Elkhorn Village and bike path and is on the Elkhorn Golf Course. The complex also has a pool of its own, along with a jacuzzi and sauna. KART buses provide free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs.

POLICIES
Sunburst Unit 2736 (Sunburst Sugaree Condo) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depends on season.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
