The residences at Les Saisons are extraordinary. There are only twelve of them. The average size exceeds 1,900 square feet on two levels. Each has a spectacular view of either Baldy to the west or Trail Creek and the Pioneer Range to the east, and each offers luxuriously furnished and richly appointed interiors.
The living rooms feature 14-foot vaulted ceilings and spectacular mountain views TV/DVD and entertainment systems, and gas fireplaces. The formal dining area is complete with place settings and service for eight. The kitchens are fully equipped with granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances. There are hardwood floors throughout the living, dining and kitchen areas. Each unit has individually controlled heating and air conditioning.
The master suites are spacious and offer king size beds, antique armoires, marble bathrooms, steam showers, jetted tubs and double full length closets. The guest bedrooms include two full size beds and private bathroom.

Les Saisons, is a luxuriously furnished, richly appointed, fully serviced private residence resort located in the heart of historic Ketchum. Inspired by the grand, rustic lodges of the American West, Les Saisons has been created as a resort residence that seamlessly blends old world elegance with the rugged architectural heritage of Ketchum. Les Saisons is unlike anything Sun Valley has ever known.
Each element was constructed with the utmost attention to details. The living rooms feature vaulted ceilings, gas fireplaces and magnificent mountain views. The bedrooms feature antique armoires, marble bathrooms, steam showers and jetted tubs. The gourmet kitchens are fully equipped with state of the art appliances and granite counter tops. The living and dining rooms have beautiful hardwood floors. Each unit is equipped with individually controlled heating and air conditioning and entertainment center with TV/DVD and stereo system.
Resort amenities include a fitness center, health club, two outdoor rooftop spas and heated year round rooftop outdoor pool.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Les Saisons.

POLICIES
Les Saisons 2 Bedroom Residence Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 nights depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00pm/11:00am
Check in Location: 680 Sun Valley Road
Cancellation Policy: A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking and the final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 90 days prior to your arrival day, you would forfeit the full amount of the reservation. One-time $50 cancel fee outside of 90 days. (May vary with packages)
