This upper-level, corner unit, is 2,030 sq. ft. that offers three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests.
This unit features a full kitchen, laundry, a pellet stove (to be installed in winter 2023), WiFi, a jetted tub, a private patio with lake views, and cable TV w/DVD. There are two Smart TVs, one is located in the living room and the other is in the master bedroom.
All units have access to the lake and beach, a large grassy area with picnic tables, a playground, and a shared BBQ area. There is also overnight dock access, for a daily fee, pending available slots.
Parking Notes: Winter Trailer Parking: The City of McCall has made snowmobile trailer parking available in two locations. The City's Mill Road Parking Lot is located just north of Pine St./Mill Rd. intersection, near the City's boat launch/marina area and the Golf Course Parking Lot, which is located at the east end of Reedy Ln. Snowmobile loading or unloading at these locations is strictly prohibited.
Summer Trailer Parking: The Mill Road Parking Lot is available during the summer months.
All vehicle/trailer parking at these locations is based on a first-come, first-served basis at any time of the year. Parking of any vehicle or trailer longer than 72-hrs is prohibited (subject to change without notice). Parking is at your own risk and we are not liable for any damage or loss.
Things to Note: The wood at the unit is not for guest use. You may purchase your own wood from surrounding stores.View Pricing

General Policies
Cancellation: 50% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is canceled at any time you will forfeit the 50% deposit and a $50 bookkeeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 31 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically. Damages or loss of the owner's property or the need for excessive cleaning will incur additional charges.
