About Unit 05

This upper-level, corner unit, is 2,030 sq. ft. that offers three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests.

This unit features a full kitchen, laundry, a pellet stove (to be installed in winter 2023), WiFi, a jetted tub, a private patio with lake views, and cable TV w/DVD. There are two Smart TVs, one is located in the living room and the other is in the master bedroom.

All units have access to the lake and beach, a large grassy area with picnic tables, a playground, and a shared BBQ area. There is also overnight dock access, for a daily fee, pending available slots.

Parking Notes: Winter Trailer Parking: The City of McCall has made snowmobile trailer parking available in two locations. The City's Mill Road Parking Lot is located just north of Pine St./Mill Rd. intersection, near the City's boat launch/marina area and the Golf Course Parking Lot, which is located at the east end of Reedy Ln. Snowmobile loading or unloading at these locations is strictly prohibited.

Summer Trailer Parking: The Mill Road Parking Lot is available during the summer months.

All vehicle/trailer parking at these locations is based on a first-come, first-served basis at any time of the year. Parking of any vehicle or trailer longer than 72-hrs is prohibited (subject to change without notice). Parking is at your own risk and we are not liable for any damage or loss.

Things to Note: The wood at the unit is not for guest use. You may purchase your own wood from surrounding stores.

General Policies

Cancellation: 50% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is canceled at any time you will forfeit the 50% deposit and a $50 bookkeeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 31 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically. Damages or loss of the owner's property or the need for excessive cleaning will incur additional charges.

About Mill Park Condos

Mill Park condos are located at Brown Park on Payette Lake, just a few blocks from downtown McCall. There are private boat slips available at this complex (for an additional fee), a sandy cove for swimming, a large grassy yard between the condos and the lake, a playground, and a picnic area with BBQs. The lower units are numbered 1-4 and are 1,510 sq. ft. The upper-level units are numbered 4-8 and are 2,030 sq. ft. The upper units are two levels, with the master, living, kitchen, and dining areas on the lower level and additional bedrooms upstairs.

Boat slip reservations, for a fee, are required, as there are only six boat slips.

"Stayed in this unit several times over the last decade and have never had a problem. Clean, modern, good parking, private yet close to town, and very roomy. My only complaint (not really that important) is that although the TV works great - it is about 20 years old. can't wait till next year!!"

"Condo worked out great. Only issues we had were the water heater wasn't turned on when we got there and a couple of the bar stools need to get some new screws to bolt them together tight. Other than that was a great location, close to town, lots of parking and seating area."

"The Condo was very clean and met all expectations. If small children (4 and under) were to stay in this condo there is a safety concern with the railings on the balcony and the railings to the second floor as the rails are to far apart and a child could fall and be injuried. My four-year-old's head easily fit through these railings. Just be cautious of these with small children. Otherwise the accommendations were great."
