About "Unit 18 (Ketchum a Break)"
Nestled amid the Rocky Mountains, this single-level condo invites you to experience outdoor fun at all times of the year. It is located at the end of the complex on the second floor. A bus to the slopes offers convenient access to premier ski trails in the wintertime. In the summer months, take a cruise around town via the bike path or venture to one of the area's many nearby hiking trails. Afterward, enjoy a relaxing soak in the complex's on-site hot tub.
Stretch out in the condo's main living area, where a gas fireplace adds allure and a Smart TV provides entertainment. The den is a second living area and also boasts a fireplace, a TV, and a bar area with a wine fridge. Both living areas offer access to a balcony where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air amid the pine trees and take in the beautiful views. Perch at the two-person kitchen bar while the chef in your group prepares meals. When it's time to eat, gather around the dining table that seats six.
Parking Notes: Covered parking is available for 1 vehicle.
About Snowstar Condominiums
The Snowstar complex offers deluxe accommodations in a select location for winter and summertime fun in the Sun Valley area. The Snowstar Condominiums are conveniently located in West Ketchum on the bikepath and a short distance-about 1.5 city block-to the River Run lifts and the Big Wood River.

"Loved that unit - really cool. Loved the welcome bag and all the samples in the unit - made us all feel like we were getting something extra. Will be coming back within the next year - would book exactly the same way and stay in the same place - only stayed two nights, next time how about a week or two?

"We enjoyed our stay at Snowstar Condominiums, unit 18B. The complex was quiet and had plenty of amenities. The location is great--on the bike trail and a short walk to downtown. Our unit was comfortably furnished. We would have enjoyed more air-conditioning, but we survived. We would love to stay there again."

POLICIES
Snowstar Condominiums Unit 18 (Ketchum a Break) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 nights depending on time of year.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
