The bright, loft-style interior showcases a two-bedroom stylish design and high-end amenities furnished for the very best in modern comfort and convenience. Two expansive decks on either end are fully appointed for outdoor living - one equipped with a gas grill and dining table for al fresco meals and the other featuring a plush patio lounge and gas fire table for evening entertainment.
The sunken living room offers an array of comfortable seating, board games, and a Smart TV for family-friendly fun, plus a cozy gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance. Armchair seating by the windows offers a sunny reading nook and a dedicated office desk comes equipped with a curved monitor and printer for WFH needs. There's also a desk area in the living room equipped with a computer monitor for added remote work flexibility.
The designer kitchen inspires culinary inspiration with a suite of stainless steel chef's-grade appliances, including a six-burner Garland gas range and dishwasher, gorgeous copper cookware, and all the serving utensils you'll need. There's breakfast bar seating for two and the indoor dining table seats up to eight for family meals.
Primary guests will enjoy a private en-suite complete with a separate tub and shower. The guest room also includes a private en-suite with a stand-alone shower.
Things to Know: This rental is located on floor 3.
Parking Notes: There is specific parking for 1 car in the alley behind this unit, look for the parking sign. Only 1 car is allowed there, all others will need to park on the street. If you do park on the street please be aware that there is an hourly limit during certain days and hours.

POLICIES
Papas Penthouse Unit B (Papas Penthouse) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
