Pull into the ground floor 2-car garage (cars parked tandem), with an extra space in the driveway. Up the first flight of stairs is the living room with a gas fireplace and a refrigerated mini-bar. Cozy up on the new sectional sofa with 3 recliners and watch a movie on the 70-inch Smart TV with a soundbar. Step onto the tree-lined balcony for a fresh breath of air.
The open kitchen/dining area has high-end appliances and is stocked with every amenity you need. Just off the kitchen is a small "nook space" with a full-size murphy bed, arcade table, Smart TV, and half bath.
Head upstairs to find the laundry room, and 2 beautifully decorated king bedrooms with en-suite baths, both equipped with Smart TVs and cozy bedding. Each has a large closet to store your belongings and ceiling fans to circulate the air.
The townhome is equipped with both heating and air conditioning.

POLICIES
Silverpine Village Unit 310 (Stars over Silverpine) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-4
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Details provided prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
