Reedy Rendezvous is a 2 bedroom unit with a loft that will accommodate 6 guests. This unit sleeps up to 6 guests and is just a short walk from the McCall Municipal Golf Course, Clubhouse, and Restaurant/bar (Banyan's on the Green).
The open and bright main level has the kitchen, living area, and floor-to-ceiling windows - great light and space to enjoy your crew! Cozy up to the woodstove in the winter months! There is one bedroom with a queen bed and one full bathroom on the main floor. The master bedroom with king bed and full bath are located upstairs as well as a guest bedroom that has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The open loft looks out over the main level bringing that spacious feeling all the way to the top.
This home features a smart TV, 2 car garage, woodstove, and internet.

Amenities such as hot tubs and pools are
especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Birch Haven Reedy Rendezvous Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-7 depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Details provided prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
