About Pioneer Condominiums
The Pioneer Condominiums are located in the Boise National Forest overlooking the beautiful foothills outside of Boise, Idaho. They are open 365 days a year and enjoy white winters and sun drenched springs, along with temperate summer and fall seasons. The facility is located on the Bitterroot Ridge completely contained within the Bogus Basin Ski Resort. This offers winter guests the ultimate ski in/ski out experience. The off season is perfect for reunions, conferences, weddings, retreats, or simply relaxing with friends and loved ones.
With the ability to seat up to 150 people, the Amphitheater at the Pioneer Condos is great for weddings and outdoor gatherings. The surrounding trees and wild flowers add to the spectacular views.

POLICIES
Pioneer Condominiums Little Deer Point (270 I) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-5 Nights Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
