This pet-friendly, spacious, multi-level townhome provides two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths that can accommodate up to six guests. These townhomes are located at the entrance to downtown Ketchum, within walking distance of shopping, dining, galleries, and nightlife.
This upper-level unit offers 1,787 sq. ft. of living space. This unit offers air conditioning for those warmer, summer months. Upstairs, there are high ceilings in the great room with a gas fireplace and a 46-inch flat-screen TV/DVD and WiFi. The gourmet kitchen features hardwood floors, granite countertops and center island, stainless steel appliances, and a wine cooler. Off the living area is a deck with a BBQ grill and a small table with two chairs. The dining area table seats six comfortably. A half-bath is adjacent to the great room.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV/DVD. The oversized master bathroom has radiant floor heat, travertine tile, and a two-person soaking tub with a separate shower. The second bedroom can be set up as two twin beds or a king bed upon request, plus a sofa sleeper for additional guests, and a 32" flat-screen TV/DVD. There is an en-suite bath with a shower only in this bedroom.
Additional amenities include a full-size washer/dryer on the ground level. The homeowner rents a ski locker at the base of River Run for guest use!
Parking Notes: There is an attached, underground, two-car garage.
