"InIdaho was available for all questions we had about the condo, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Judy did a great job! We were very pleased with their personal service and attention to detail. The condo was beautiful and spacious. We loved it! The only two drawbacks were that the hot water tank did not adequately supply the jet tub in the master bathroom, and the downstairs did not heat when the upstairs fire was burning. Otherwise, it was a perfect place to stay and we would definately do so again! "

POLICIES
Greystone Condominiums Unit 1349 Lady Luck by the Beach Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-4 depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Details provided prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
