About "Unit 02"
This is a three-bedroom, ground-floor unit that features 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, a living room, an entryway, and a deck on the lakeside. The Master bedroom has a view of the lake. These are very spacious units in a great location.
This unit was completely remodeled in 2026 with amazing attention to detail and the feel of mountain lakefront luxury.
About Mill Park Condos
Mill Park condos are located at Brown Park on Payette Lake, just a few blocks from downtown McCall. There are private boat slips available at this complex (for an additional fee), a sandy cove for swimming, a large grassy yard between the condos and the lake, a playground, and a picnic area with BBQs. The lower units are numbered 1-4 and are 1,510 sq. ft. The upper-level units are numbered 4-8 and are 2,030 sq. ft. The upper units are two levels, with the master, living, kitchen, and dining areas on the lower level and additional bedrooms upstairs.
Boat slip reservations, for a fee, are required, as there are only 4 boat slips.
No dock rentals for 2027

"We loved this condo. The view is beautiful as it overlooks a park and the lake. The location is extremely convenient. The kitchen of our condo was well stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils. Our unit was very clean with comfortable beds for everyone in our family. We'll definitely stay there again.

POLICIES
Mill Park Condos Unit 02 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00pm/11:00am
Check in Location: By pre-arrangement only.
Cancellation Policy: 50% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is canceled at any time you will forfeit the 50% deposit and a $50 bookkeeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 31 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically. Damages or loss of the owner's property or the need for excessive cleaning will incur additional charges. (May vary with packages)
