About "Unit 14"
The Residences at the Colonnade combine the comfort of a single-level luxury condo in a historic village setting with the Old World charm of a finely crafted Alpine living experience. This unit is one of nine Colonnade Luxury condos and has a seamless blend of sophistication and elegance with a panoramic view of Bald Mountain.
This condo offers three bedrooms and three baths, with an open floor plan, that can accommodate up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a goose-down comforter, a walk-in closet, a large TV, and a fantastic view of Bald Mountain! The en-suite bathroom consists of an oversized bathtub, a separate tile shower, and heated tumbled marble flooring. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a down comforter, a flatscreen TV, a closet, and a private bath. The third bedroom also contains a queen bed with a down comforter and TV. This room has access to the hallway bathroom that has a bath and shower.
Things to Note: There are two a/c units, in the primary and living room. This property is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
Parking Notes: There is a heated single-car garage that also has ski racks available for storage of your skis and boots.

"The condo is in a perfect location and has alot of extra's that most don't provide. It is beautifully furnished and absolutely gorgeous. We had a girls weekend trip for a wedding and could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend the condo!!"

POLICIES
Colonnade Townhomes Unit 14 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 5-7 nights depending on the season
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
