About "Unit 1396"
This four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo in the heart of Sun Valley has three levels and will sleep up to eight guests. As you come up to the condo there is a large deck with a gas grill and outdoor, seasonal furniture to relax on. As you enter the condo there is a living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a 65-inch flat-screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen is very spacious with a walk-in pantry. The dining table will seat six and has wrap-around seating. There is a half bath just off the kitchen and a stack washer/dryer in a closet next to the bathroom.
On the second level, you will find three of the four bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and a 36-inch flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full, hallway bathroom down the hall that each of these bedrooms has access to with a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo.
On the third level, is the master bedroom with a king bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a small deck area. The bath has a single-sink vanity and a shower only.
Reservations made for June 2024 or later will have full amenities access including up to 5 pool passes, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides.
About Dollar Meadows
This complex is located between the Snowcreek Condos and the Sun Valley Lodge. Creeks and ponds wind through this complex, which offers two, three and four bedroom units. Fireplaces and spacious front decks are all found at Dollar Meadows Condominiums.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Dollar Meadows.

Amenities such as hot tubs and pools are
especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Dollar Meadows Unit 1396 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
