Built in 2019, this two-story townhouse sits on a quiet circle just half a mile from restaurants, breweries, and shops in the heart of McCall. In other words, it's a walker's paradise. Within a half-mile stroll is Brown Park and Legacy Park on the shores of Payette Lake, the McCall Golf Club, and great hiking, boating, fishing, swimming, and cross-country skiing opportunities at Ponderosa State Park. The ski slopes of Brundage Mountain are only 10 miles north as well.
After a day of summer activities on the lake, walk home to continue the fun outside on the backyard patio. Enjoy cushioned seating and an electric pellet grill for barbecue dinners at sunset.
Inside, generous windows, two-story ceilings, and a palette of soft, neutral colors fill the living space with light. Prepare meals with ease in an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, sit down as a family at the breakfast bar and the live-edge dining room table, and spend the after-dinner hours piled on the sectional streaming movies by the gas fireplace. Things to Note: There are security cameras covering the entryway of the home. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Parking Notes: You may park one small vehicle in the garage and one small vehicle in the driveway. Please note that there is no trailer parking allowed on-site.

POLICIES
Blue Water Townhomes Unit 607 (Blue Water Bungalow) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-4
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
