You won't want to leave once you step through the front door! Luxury, comfort, and style - not to mention an unbeatable slope-side location - combine to create the getaway of your dreams.
The main floor of three features a spacious living room, anchored by a natural stone, gas fireplace. The huge sectional is the perfect spot to snuggle up for an evening, or grab one of the many board games on hand and get the gang involved at the dining room table, which seats ten. You'll have a hard time prying the chef out of the gorgeous kitchen, which features tons of counter space, a six-burner gas stove, two dishwashers, a wine-chiller, Vitamix, Breville coffee grinder, and a full complement of Le Creuset cookware, among other glorious gadgets.
Downstairs, you'll find another full living space, with even more board games, another gas fireplace, a cozy sectional, and a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge, microwave, and - the best part - a movie-theater style popcorn maker. As if anything could compete with that, outside you'll find two covered decks and a gas grill, perfect for a casual dinner.
If you do make it out the door, you're steps from the ski lifts. The entire garage has been turned into a ski locker, complete with boot/glove dryers. You've also got access to a sled to pull your gear and cross-country skis if you'd rather stay on flat ground. After a day of exploring, or just eating popcorn by the fire, five bedrooms await, with three on the top level and two on the bottom floor.
Parking Notes: There is room for 4 small cars or 2 large vehicles in the driveway. No garage or street parking is available.
About Chutes Townhomes
One of the best locations on Schweitzer Mountain! These are brand new townhomes with a ski-in/ski-out location, just above the village in the new Mountain Side Development. These properties have views of the valley consisting of Lake Pend Oreille and the Selkirk Mountains.

POLICIES
Chutes Townhomes Unit 49 (Eat Sleep Play) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
