Come and enjoy all that Schweitzer Mountain has to offer at this charming and well-equipped, three-story townhome! You'll be slope-side, just above the village, offering easy access to biking and hiking trails in the summer, and in the winter you can walk or ski to the chair lifts!
After a long day on the mountain, come home and hop in the private hot tub, have a foosball tournament, or watch a movie with the family in the living room. Cozy up by the gas fireplace after making a delicious meal in the open kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. Two spacious and comfortable decks offer incredible views of the lake; one of the decks features the private hot tub, while the other offers a seasonal fire pit and gas grill. Everyone will have their own slice of privacy with four bedrooms and three and a half baths.
Parking Notes: 2 vehicles max in the driveway. No garage access.
About Chutes Townhomes
One of the best locations on Schweitzer Mountain! These are brand new townhomes with a ski-in/ski-out location, just above the village in the new Mountain Side Development. These properties have views of the valley consisting of Lake Pend Oreille and the Selkirk Mountains.

POLICIES
Chutes Townhomes Unit 153 (Lakeview Mountain Lodge) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
