Guests will love the modern comforts and luxurious amenities of this gorgeous Elkhorn vacation rental. Great location less than a half mile from Dollar Mountain ski area and Elkhorn Village and less than 10 minutes to Bald Mountain ski area and downtown Ketchum! While staying, enjoy an easy walk to shared amenities including pool, hot tub, sauna and tennis courts.
The condo is open and airy with high ceilings and lots of windows to take in the view! The living room is full of comfy furniture and features a gas fireplace with impressive stone hearth and large flat-screen TV w/DVD player and library. Large windows give you golf course views from this room. The adjacent gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream. A huge granite island is the focal point offering up a four-seat breakfast bar as well. The kitchen itself boasts a wine fridge, new stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and gas range. The dining area has a formal table with seating for six to eight guests. You can also step out to the roomy deck for dining alfresco during the summer months!
The lower level has two bedrooms including the opulent Master Suite. The Master features a Queen bed, gas fireplace w/stone hearth and access to a private patio with golf course view plus a remodeled en-suite bath with dual vanities and large stand-alone shower. The second bedroom on this level also has a Queen bed plus attached bathroom.
Upstairs (main level) you'll find two more guest rooms each with a Queen bed and windows overlooking the grounds. There is a full bathroom with dual sinks and a stand-alone shower plus jetted tub for these rooms to share as well as for guests to have access to.
Other great features include WIFI, stereo and sound dock, washer/dryer, two adult bikes for guest use plus a host of Sun Valley area amenities including access to swimming pool (may be seasonal), hot tub, sauna, tennis and golf just a short two-minute walk from the condo!

About Legends Condo
Located near the ski slopes! Both Elkhorn Village and Dollar Mountain are less than a half mile away while Bald Mountain ski area is less than 10 minutes from your front door. This is a quiet location near the Elkhorn Golf Club within walking distance to amenities such as pool, hot tub, sauna and tennis courts.

POLICIES
Legends Condo Unit 4507 (Simply Perfect Elkhorn Retreat) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
