This charming studio condo lies in the heart of Sun Valley, within walking distance of the Sun Valley Lodge and Dollar Mountain, or a quick 2-minute drive to the mountain. Downtown Ketchum is less than 5 minutes away and the lifts at River Run in less than 10 minutes.
Ideal for couples or small families, this sunny, second-floor retreat sleeps up to 2 guests between a queen bed and a large walk-in shower in the bathroom.
Hardwood floors, modern furnishings, and stainless steel appliances complement cottage decor, creating a warm, inviting ambiance. Get cozy by the gas fireplace, enjoy a movie on the large-screen TV, or gather around the dining table for lively conversation over dinner. A fully equipped galley kitchen makes it easy to prepare home-cooked meals.
On blue-bird mornings, sip coffee on the private, furnished balcony overlooking Sun Valley Lake or walk to the year-round Sun Valley Ice Rink, hike trails from Carol's Trailhead, or live outdoor concerts at the Sun Valley Pavilion.

About Cottonwood
The Cottonwood Condominiums are located on Dollar Road about 2 city blocks from the Sun Valley Village. Ski lifts are 1.5 miles away, but reachable by KART busses which stop at the village circle. Beyond the indoor ice rink and just across the street, Cottonwood Condominiums, offer one, two and three bedroom units. A perfect family option, fireplace and decks come with all condominiums.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Cottonwood.

Pets: Properties marked as
"pet friendly" may be subject to an additional charge if you decide
to bring your pet. All pet requests must be made in advance to your
arrival date. Pricing: We try to maintain pricing
as accurately as possible. Occasionally prices change and may not be
reflected on this web site. Prices may be lower or higher. Prices
are not confirmed until you have made a reservation. We will always
strive to get you the lowest possible price.

Amenities such as hot tubs and pools are
especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Cottonwood Unit 1405 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depends on season.
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
