"I rode the Bald Mountain gondola as a foot passenger to enjoy a lunch reservation at the Round House Restaurant at 7,700 ft. on the mountain. It was a beautiful day and the views from the Roundhouse were beautiful, although I had been hoping for more snow. This was a dry year, but most of the ski lifts were running. The food at the Round House was very good, but I thought the price was a little high. The service was good and the drinks at the cozy bar were worth the wait for the restaurant. Be sure to make a reservation as this is a very busy place."

"We love the resort and come every year. I must say that the stay and ski free package makes the trip affordable and fun. We hope it continues for many years to come"

"We went to Sun Valley for my kids ski race. We paid more for skiing 3 days at Sun Valley than we paid for our entire Family Season pass at Brundage. Furthermore, we hardly got to ski. As a race parent, mostly you need to help your kids with their gear, watch the race, and carry their coats down the hill. "

"Great skiers mountain with a lot of vertical. Be ready for leg burning pitches that seem to go on forever. The best part is the scene at the bottom of the mountain with music, libations and all around great times."

"We paid $15/person for a Foot Traffic ticket to go to the Roundhouse Restaraunt half way up the hill. The lift however took us all the way to the top, then back down half way to the stop. Then back up and back down for the end of the trip. I'm sure the view was great except a snow storm hit and we could not see a think with the snow hitting us in the face. Still it was a very cool experience! "

"The view was spectaluar. I rode the lift down, but part of our group walked down from Bald Mt. It took 5 hours, twice as long as expected and the trail was sometimes hard to follow. They would not do that again. "

"Lift ticket prices are outrageous at sun Valley. We have skiied many places in Europe and get a much better value there. We also ski most of the West, and think the cost is much more fair at other resorts."

"Even with the drought, the mountain had a descent base and the snow machines covered the icy spots most of the day. We could only make our plans for the middle of March this year, but will be back for what we are sure is probably some fabulous skiing earlier(Dec., Jan. or Feb.) Thanks for the great time!!!!! "

"I thought the lift ticket pricing was a little much. $$ for a single ticket is okay, but a deeper discout on multiday passes would be better. Only saving a couple of $$ TOTAL overall (Ticket Window) on a 3 day pass versus buying three individual passes is a joke. Most other resorts knock off roughly 10% of the ticket price for a multiday pass. "
