Description

Summit 2823 is located in the heart of Elkhorn Village, this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the 2nd floor of the complex and is all one level. As you enter the condo there is the living area with gas ignited wood burning fireplace and 36 inch flat screen TV. There is access to a nice deck with table, 4 chairs and gas grill. There are nice Mt views from the deck and living area. There is a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and 3 bar stools. The separate dining area seats 6 and has Mt views.

Master bedroom has Queen Bed, 27 inch flat screen TV and Mt views. The ensuite bath has single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be bridged to a King if need be. There is a 27 inch flat screen TV and DVD player and complex views. This bedroom has access to hallway bath with single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. Off the hallway is a laundry room with stack washer/dryer.

Unit 2823 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
