Description

This 1,800 square feet townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is room here for a couple families to spread out. Nice gathering room with full living room, kitchen, dining area and large covered deck with massive views. 3 flat screen TVs, wireless internet, wood laminate floors, custom granite and tile, and new furnishings throughout. Master bedroom has a King bed with amazing views, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of Twin bunk beds. Enjoy the private hot tub located on the patio! The half-bathroom is located on the main floor with the kitchen, dining area, and living area. All three bedrooms are located upstairs, with two full bathrooms and the washing machine and dryer. The home has an in-floor radiant heating system which keeps an even, consistent temperature throughout, while heating everything from the ground up.

Unit 126 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
(May vary with special rates & packages) A deposit equal to one (1) night plus tax is required upon booking. During Holiday periods..one (1) night deposit is due at time of booking if booked outside 30 days of arrival. If booked inside 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking. Value and Regular Season: All cancellations must be received fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. If cancelled inside fourteen days but outside 7 days of arrival, there is a charge equal to one night. If cancelled inside 7 days of arrival the entire reservation is non refundable. Early departures are subject to the same cancellation policy as if cancelled inside 7 days of arrival. Holiday Season: All cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. If cancellations are made after the cancellation deadline, the entire reservation will be non refundable. This also applies to early departure.  (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
