The Mackinaw Apartment, located above a two-car garage, consists of a kitchenette (mini-fridge and microwave only), a large living room, one bedroom, and one bathroom. You'll also have deck access from the living room area with a clear, panoramic view of Payette Lake and Brundage Mountain - simply gorgeous! You can even bring along your canine friend for all of the adventures, with approval and a small fee.
Located below the apartment is a covered deck with double barn doors opening up to the bar room with large views, once again facing beautiful Payette Lake. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub just outside of the bar room.
You'll be in a great location and have easy parking with a two-car garage plus a driveway in front of the garage. Mackinaw Apartment is one block from the beach, marina, and multiple restaurants and breweries. No need to drive when you can walk to all your favorite spots! Bring your toys - relax and enjoy this amazing property.
Things to Note: This apartment can also be rented with the entire main house - allowing up to 19 guests. The hot tub and the bar entertainment room, below the apartment, may be shared if the main house is rented at the same time. The apartment does not have a BBQ or laundry facilities; if you rent the main house that would be included. Please be respectful of neighbors when occupied.
Parking Notes: Plenty of privacy, your own parking, and a private entrance. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: Does not accept American Express. Must be at least 25-years-old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. Remaining balance is due 30-days prior to the arrival day. If you cancel your reservation in whole or part, at any time, there is a 5% administrative fee + $100 bookkeeping fee, per unit. If you cancel shorter than 60-days the full applicable rate will be charged for those days. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and Lakefront Properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. Remaining balance is due 60-days prior to your arrival day. If making a reservation within 60-days of your stay, the full amount is due at booking and is non-refundable. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
