Ketchum Comfort is a dog-friendly home that is located in Cold Springs and just steps from Wood River Trail, minutes to Bald River Run Ski Lodge, and near the bike path that goes to Ketchum and Hailey, this well-appointed home has it all to be your perfect retreat! You can walk, ride, or bike year-round on the Big Wood River Trail, which is a 36-mile trail from Ketchum to Bellevue!
Enter your light-filled sunroom and ascend to your second-floor living area where you can kick your feet up and stream your favorite shows and series on the Smart TV. Cool breezes in the summer and an extra warm fireplace in the winter will keep you comfortable year-round. The fully-equipped kitchen has been appointed with modern, stainless steel appliances, making cooking a breeze. It features a Dutch oven, stainless pot/pans for healthy cooking and eating, updated appliances, and a huge pantry hutch to stock up and enjoy the mountain views and private space. This open floor plan opens up to a private balcony, which is a great spot to admire the surrounding mountain and garden vistas.
The downstairs provides functionality and privacy with a bunk room, a third bedroom, a large laundry/mudroom, and a comfy sunroom to curl up and read a book or enjoy the trees.
Parking Notes: Up to 4 vehicles can park in the driveway. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations received outside 30 or more days prior to the first night of the reservation will be fully refunded, less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fee, which is 12% of the total rent. Cancellations received inside of 30 days prior to arrival are considered fully non-refundable. No full or partial refunds will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. (May vary with packages)
