Description:
This brand-new home is the perfect getaway for your family in McCall! There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. In the winter months, come home and cozy up around the fire in the wood-burning stove. In the summer months, head to Payette lake for paddle boarding and swimming and then come back and grill up a delicious dinner. For additional activities, you can even walk or bike to Ponderosa State Park.
On the main floor, you'll find the master bedroom. The other three bedrooms are located upstairs. The bunk room is perfect fun for all the kids. The center of the bunks has small steps to a wooden window on each side to allow for fun conversation. There is also a Smart TV for movie night.
Parking Notes: 3 vehicles to park in the driveway. No garage access. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. (May vary with packages)

"This was a fabulous place in McCall!
It was comfortable, quiet area for walking our dog, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The house itself is beautiful. The upstairs deck was great and relaxing to sit out on in the evenings. "
