Newly and simply furnished with comfort and convenience in mind, this home features a fully appointed galley kitchen where you can prepare hearty breakfasts each morning, as well as a sun-lit dining space where you can make plans for your daily excursions using the free WiFi. After a day spent boating, fishing, or swimming in Lake Pend Oreille, you can return home and settle on the leather sofa to watch your favorite show on the flatscreen TV.
Please note that as this is a duplex, there is a shared wall with another home.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations received outside 30 or more days prior to the first night of the reservation will be fully refunded, less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fee, which is 12% of the total rent. Cancellations received inside of 30 days prior to arrival are considered fully non-refundable. No full or partial refunds will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. (May vary with packages)
