Parking Notes: Two garage parking spaces on the right. There are also several spots available in the driveway. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: No American Express or Discover. To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations received outside 30 or more days prior to the first night of the reservation will be fully refunded, less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fee, which is 12% of the total rent. Cancellations received inside of 30 days prior to arrival are considered fully non-refundable. No full or partial refunds will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. (May vary with packages)

"We have rented several properties thru the years in McCall for our group Snowmobile and Snow Biking gatherings. This property was by far the best with an excellent garage for storing equipment and plenty of parking for our vehicles. The home is well taken care and stocked with all the necessary items for our stay. We hope it will be available for all of our future gatherings. It is priced fairly, located for easy access to town, and was a joy to use. Thank you for making this home available."
