Located in the heart of the Sun Valley Resort this 5-bedroom/5.5-bath home offers inviting, beautifully decorated, spacious accommodations right in the heart of Sun Valley. A 6,800 square foot tri-level residence, it has a spacious great room, perfect for relaxing on the couch in front of the gas fireplace or enjoying nature with the spectacular views of the surrounding Mountains.
The main level of the home offers a media room with a large TV with theater seating accommodating six easily. A fully stocked, bright and open kitchen with double ovens, 4 burner gas cook top with center flat top, side by side sub zero refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is a full wet bar with seating for four, the sunken living room, formal dining room with seating for 9. The home offers two office areas and a sitting area off the sunken living room. The Master wing with en suite his and hers baths, King bed, TV, DVD player and sitting area with a gas fireplace and sweeping views to the northern mountains.
Down one flight is a Queen guest bedroom with en suite bath, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, a mud room and a one car garage.
Up one flight are the three remaining guest rooms that include a King suite with jetted tub, another King guests bedroom, a double bedroom and a shared hallway bathroom. There is a media room located right off the main entrance where you can relax, play games or watch TV.
The home comes with Sun Valley Amenities and offers central air conditioning to keep you cool for your summer stay here, and wireless internet service is provided for your convenience. There is an attached two-car garage. Only one side is available for parking your car, with ample outdoor parking for overflow.There are several decks and patio areas with the one off the dining area having a gas BBQ.
**Although the bedding in this home could accommodate more than 9 guests, the owners prefer to have only 9 guests max staying in the home at any one time.
**As of winter 2015 this home no longer accepts pets. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
