About Sharlies Nest
This spacious home is located off Warren Wagon Road and sits on a lovely wooded lot with a wrap-around deck and trailer parking for your toys. There is a path, for neighborhood guests only, to gain access to the primitive Payette Lake shoreline. Launch your canoe, kayak or paddle board at the north beach of Payette Lake, which is just a few minute's drive away. A locals favorite, Charlie's Garden, is just a short walk down Warren Wagon Rd., where the efforts of Idaho Master Gardeners and their knowledge of alpine horticulture is reflected in a peaceful and often whimsical garden. Snowmobile enthusiasts can access Green Gate Snow Park just one mile away. Downtown McCall shopping and dining is less than 4 miles south. Park your toys trailer in the easy access, "U" shaped driveway, on the west side of this home adjacent to Warren Wagon Rd. Accommodate up to 11 lake goers with 3 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a daylight basement bunk room and lounge. There is also a loft lounge with sofa sleeper. One private bedroom with queen bed is on the main level as well as a hall access bathroom with a large, shower for two. Upstairs are two private bedrooms, one with a queen and one will a full size bed. The basement has a twin over twin, memory foam bunk set and a memory foam cot. There is one bathroom per level - the main floor bathroom is located right next to the master bedroom (but not attached), the upstairs bathroom is shared by 2 bedrooms, and the lower level of the house has one bathroom in the hallway. Perfect for lounging or dining outdoors, spend some time on the east facing deck which has living room access. A dedicated deck can be accessed via the well equipped "cooks" kitchen that has everything you'll need to craft culinary perfection including a large gas grill. Having been Oregon Trail pioneers, there are memorable pieces of family history lovingly displayed throughout this home. Simply furnished with comfort in mind, Sharlie's Nest is ready and waiting to become a part of your McCall Memory Book. *Note: driveway up to house is quite steep. May be able to park a vehicle with a small trailer in the driveway. Also using the garage is an option. Just past the main driveway to the home, there is another circular "driveway" that is part of this home's property. There would be extra parking available here. For those with trailers, perhaps another truck with trailer would be parked in this extra parking area. For guests who snowmobile, the Francis-Wallace trail head parking area is just down the road and additional trailers could be dropped and left here.

Cancellation: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May Vary with Packages)
