1. Pick the date you wish to use your certificate for.
2. Decide what you would like to use your certificate for.  You may use it as written on the certificate or choose to use it towards another InIdaho.com product.  Most products apply.
3. At least 14 days prior to the date you wish to use your certificate call InIdaho.com at 800-844-3246 so we can make your reservation. (View Office Hours)  If your travel or activity date is within 14 days, give us a call and we'll try to make it work.  Time is needed to get the suppliers paid prior to your dates.
4. A credit card may be needed to make your reservation even though the certificate covers full payment.  This is to guarantee the room or activity.

Please remember:

1. Your certificate is only valid by calling and making your advance reservation through InIdaho.com.  Presenting your certificate directly or in person to any lodging or activity company will not work as form as payment.
2. Your certificate is valid 1 year from issue date.
3. Your certificate is not required to be sent in.  It is a physical representation of the digital certificate housed on our reservation system.  Once used, the physical certificate. becomes spent.
4. Upgrades are available on most products.  Please inquire with your reservation agent for prices.
5. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
