Description:
This beautiful McCall log cabin is located on a quiet street with mature pines and aspens. There are four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, two decks, and a new, private hot tub that overlooks the woods!
The ground floor features a three-car garage, a mud room, a full bathroom, and one bedroom.
On the main level, you will find an open living area with a kitchen and dining room and the master bedroom that opens to the back deck and hot tub.
Upstairs, is the loft, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
The fully stocked, gourmet kitchen has all of the major appliances, as well as a convection toaster oven, a blender, a mixer, and both a coffee maker and Keurig. Blend up a smoothie and take it outside to enjoy on the balcony in the morning. In nice weather, there are seating areas for meals outside, as well as a propane grill for barbecuing.
This home is located in Spring Mountain Ranch, giving you access to a seasonal pool and tennis courts, a hot tub, and a workout area. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
