Description:
Perfect getaway for a couple and their children, this well-equipped cabin is calling your name! Enjoy entertaining barbecues on the private deck complete with a seasonal outdoor dining area and a gas grill. Then, retreat to the inviting living room, snuggle up on the sofa, and stream your favorite movies or series on the flatscreen TV with Roku. The full kitchen has modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a gorgeous island.

There's no need to worry about laundry when you have a washer/dryer combo available on site. Now you can pack as light as you would like! The private bedroom offers a comfortable bed and a spacious closet to store all of your clothes during your stay. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Please note that there is an active Blink security camera at the front of this home. This rental is located on floor 2.

Parking Notes: No garage parking. Steep driveway. No trailers in the driveway because is not wide enough for turn around.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
Cancellation Policy:  To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
