Description:
The Starling Lake House is located on Hayden Lake with beautiful lake and mountain views. This is a 3.5-bedroom, 3-bath, 3-level lakefront home. The home features 2 wood fireplaces, a Blu-Ray DVD player, a CD player, and cable TV.
Chains required to access home in winter, even the 4x4 snow-plow guy won't go down this road without chains. Two vehicles can fit in the garage, and one can park along the side of the house. Parking is limited as the road is very narrow, there can be no trailers or vehicles extended into the road, it prevents fire access and blocks the road for other residents.
Water for the home is potable but lake fed, so please bring personal drinking water with you for your stay. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
