Nestled along the side of the famous Lake Coeur d'Alene, about 15 miles north of Harrison, this home has a secluded air and is surrounded by the beauty of nature. Walk down from the deck to reach a private beach area with a seasonal private dock where you can swim, boat, or relax on the sandy shore. Although you may feel like you're hundreds of miles away from civilization, Harrison is a quick 15-mile drive down the road, and you can reach Coeur d'Alene in 30 minutes by car or 10 minutes by boat!

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms spread out over three levels, this home features enormous windows that offer spectacular views of the lake. Walk into the main level to find a living room with seating where you can gaze at the scenery. Throughout the home you will have many entertainment options, including cable TV, DVD player, books, and board games, so nobody will be bored here!

A full kitchen is well-stocked with cooking tools and appliances, including extras like a waffle iron, blender, and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Sit down together with your guests at the dining room table and breakfast bar to enjoy a nice, filling meal before heading out to the lake or to explore nearby cities.

You will have two full bathrooms and a convenient laundry area for use during your stay. The master bathroom has a large, luxurious jetted tub that is a perfect place for a relaxing bubble bath.

When it's time to head to bed, you have your choice of several different sleeping spaces. Two of the bedrooms feature a lovely full-size bed, the third master room has a cozy queen size bed and there is a sofa bed for extra sleeping space.

Outside, three decks provide ample spaces to enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake. If you walk down a few sturdy sets of stairs, you will reach the private beach area. Here you can wriggle your toes in the sand, wade around the shallow water, or even do a cannonball into the lake from the end of the dock!

Light up the provided gas grill to cook up a lovely meal of burgers or grilled chicken for everyone, then walk down to the beach and use the fire pit to roast some marshmallows for a sweet ending to a fun-filled day of vacationing.

There are 3 dedicated parking spaces. No garage, but the carport will cover 1 vehicle fully and another partially. Parking is tight, the driveway is steep with a hairpin turn at the bottom to home. The space just past the driveway is the neighbor's he parks his motorhome there in the summer. Please respect his space and do not park on his property. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
