Comments: The reservation that Best Western had for us upon check-in was not the same as what I had booked online with InIdaho.com. Best Western blamed some other component called InnTopia which I didn't even realize I had used. The other problem is that Best Western only had a smoking room and told me that InnTopia does not allow you to select a smoking preference. After lots of haggling, BW ended up upgrading us to a non-smoking room. However, it feels like Inidaho.com, Inntopia (whoever they are) and the actual hotels need to better coordinate the details. Thank goodness I had brought a copy of my web printout, otherwise I would have had no way to prove what I actually booked online using InIdaho.com
