Comments: Very friendly staff, however, I called twice to check my reservation, and all seemed well until I got tot the hotel and did not get the correct rate quoted to me by InIdaho. The hotel commented that they frequently have problems with InIdaho reservations. In the end, the staff worked everything out for me, and were super helpful and friendly.
