Comments: The best thing was how helpful the staff was. The most troublesome thing was I was booking for two different hotels for a large group of people with different sleeping needs and the information did not get transferred the hotel as I had stated it. I'm not sure that the blame is on one party or both however, because once we arrived at the hotel after I had confirmed things twice with them, mistakes were found.
