Comments: My reservation confirmation was promptly received...however,the hotel had been given a different date of arrival by your staff, and I was charged for that date!! The hotel indicated that this had happened before too often by your organization. Fortunately, I had the email confirmation to prove my date of arrival. They are not happy with this being that they were booked solid on these dates, and your error cost them my nite's stay, which they credited apparently.
