Comments: Please provide more info on how to locate individual units at Crystal Beach. It was easy to find the condo complex, but then not so easy to find the actual unit(s). A map showing the layout of 3 buildings with units identified would be great. (Check-in person was not helpful, just pointed to drop box - 3 pm Saturday.) Staff was helpful when I emailed, quick to respond, but didn't always answer every question (i.e., I had to ask again, or in a different way to get the info I needed). Overall, very pleasant and helpful. Thanks!
