Comments: The key was not left in the Agency lock box as instructed. Called the # and within 15 min the Rep. arrived apologizing for the inconvenience and quickly perpared the keys for us. Went to the rental condo and found it occupied by owners and dogs. Called the Agency again and met the Rep. at office who was very accomodating in allowing us to view other rentals. The temp of the home was 50 degrees and there were no instructions on how to operate the thermostat. We fortunately were able to get it working. The home was very lovely and provided for all our needs. For the Agency, if a property is rented as no pets, then that should include the pets of the owners. We specifically selected a no pet property for medical reasons and at the time of selecting it, the Agency assured us that there should never be pets on the property if it is listed as such. This was very concerning to find the owners had dogs at the first condo that was to be rented.
