Comments: My original reservations did not go through even though I was given a confirmation number. If rooms are unavailable confirmation numbers should not be issued. This disrupted my original plans and the motel we ended up staying in was less than satisfactory. However, the InIdaho staff was very friendly and easy to work with even with the issues that arose.
